These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the GLM-Image platform operated by GLM-Image (GLM-Image, we, our, or us). GLM-Image includes the image studio, asset library, APIs, marketing site, and any other products or services that reference these Terms (collectively, the Service). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have parental or guardian consent.
  • If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
  • If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

GLM-Image lets you generate and edit images using AI:

  • Text-to-image generation and reference-based edits.
  • Asset storage, download, and sharing controls.
  • Usage tracking, credits, and subscription management.
  • API access where enabled.

We may add, modify, or remove features over time. We may also update model availability or outputs as providers change.

3. Accounts and Security

  • Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Do not share login credentials or attempt to bypass usage limits.

4. Plans, Credits, and Payments

  • Usage may require credits purchased via subscription plans or one-time credit packs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Subscription credits renew each billing cycle and reset at renewal. One-time credit packs do not expire.
  • Prices, credit costs, and supported payment methods are shown on the pricing page and may change.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers. Failed payments may suspend access.

5. Content, Rights, and License

5.1 Your Inputs

  • You retain ownership of the images and other content you upload.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your inputs solely to provide the Service, maintain safety, and fulfill support obligations.
  • You confirm you have all rights needed to upload and use your inputs, including any likeness or IP rights.

5.2 Generated Outputs

  • Subject to these Terms, you own the images generated from your prompts and inputs.
  • You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring your use complies with applicable law and policies.
  • We may store thumbnails, metadata, or low-resolution previews to operate galleries and improve user experience.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive.
  • Create content that violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to produce deepfakes or impersonations without consent.
  • Reverse engineer the Service or access it through automated abuse.
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or disrupt systems.

We may review prompts or outputs to enforce these rules and may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including software, branding, and model integrations, is owned by GLM-Image or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Feedback you provide may be used without restriction or compensation.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure and model providers. Their terms and policies may apply when you use related features.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You assume all risks related to your use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLM-Image will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by reasonable means.
